In this role you will define and lead Spain’s national Key Account strategy, directing the Key Account team and driving both acquisition and growth of major partners across retail and hospitality. You will report to the Country Director and own revenue, budget, and performance for the Key Account function. You will shape cross-functional collaboration, rollout new accounts, and actively develop top partners to scale our mission at a national level. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead and develop the Key Account team across three verticals with 3 direct reports• Define and execute Spain’s Key Account strategy, focusing on acquisition and growth of major partners• Build partnerships with national retailers and HORECA operators• Structure rollout of new key accounts and drive acquisition plans• Benchmark market analyses to inform strategy and identify opportunities• Launch initiatives to rescue more food with partners and scale key account chains• Develop existing accounts strategically and manage revenue, budget, and operating results• Collaborate cross-functionally and influence broader business decisions through leadership by example• Personally engage in acquiring and developing key partnersResponsabilidades• Extensive Key Account experience with national accounts• Proven leadership in scale-up environments with coaching and team management• Experience navigating matrix organizations and managing internal/external stakeholders• Track record of acquiring major key accounts in grocery retail and HORECA xcskxlj • Data-driven with KPI oversight to track results and refine strategy• Experience with sales tools (Salesforce is a bonus)• Bold, strategic thinker with clear communication• Fluent in Spanish and English• Based in Madrid and available for in-office presence a few days per week• Belief in the mission and sustainability prioritiesRequisitos principales• hybrid working• extra parental leave• health insurance• additional days off for life events• regular social events• volunteering time through Shareback
