Head of Marketing – We’re now hiring our strategic and hands‑on leader who will take our marketing function to the next level. What We’re Looking For This is a rare opportunity to define the future of Flagsmith’s market presence. You’ll need to be both strategic and execution‑oriented – comfortable switching between high‑level planning and day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, the open‑source community, and leadership to build strategy, scale the marketing team, prioritise work, and scale our impact. You’ll be building for developers, so a technical background is a big plus. This role is ideal for someone who has marketing experience growing a company at the $5‑$30M ARR range by more than 2X, and wants to do it again. We are looking for someone with a passion for the dev tool space, who might want to start something in 5–10 years themselves. You’ll be someone who will help us continue to push the open source space to the next level! What You’ll Do Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and product roadmap. Build and manage the marketing function, processes, and team – from demand generation to brand and content.
