This role exists to build a strong operational foundation, put scalable processes and controls in place, and ensure the business is equipped to operate in line with regulatory expectations from day one. Reporting into senior leadership, this person will play a critical role in shaping how the business runs, manages risk, and scales sustainably.Open to candidates across Europe. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Gibraltar independently — no relocation support is provided.
