The role leads the analytical and operational performance agenda for the chain business, translating data into clear commercial actions that improve availability, competitiveness, conversion, production, and partner value. This position will work closely with Strategic Account Managers, Connectivity, Sales, Revenue, Data, and external chain stakeholders to build a structured partner success model that identifies performance opportunities, removes friction, and accelerates growth across destination, regional, and global levels. The role requires a commercially minded, highly analytical leader with strong travel distribution knowledge, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and the discipline to turn insight into measurable partner improvement plans. Key elements to this role include, but not limited to: Lead the global partner success agenda for chain partnerships, ensuring WebBeds delivers measurable value, stronger performance, and consistent execution across key accounts. Build and lead a structured optimization framework for chain partners, focused on availability, pricing competitiveness, rate accuracy, conversion, content quality, production growth, and distribution health. Own the analytical performance view of the chain business, turning data into clear insights, priorities, and action plans for Strategic Account Managers, regional teams, and senior leadership. Partner with Strategic Account Managers/Directors to define account-level success plans, identify underperformance, prioritize commercial levers, and support senior partner conversations. Lead cross-functional execution with Connectivity, Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to remove blockers and improve partner performance at scale. Develop performance dashboards, partner scorecards, business reviews, and executive reporting that clearly show risks, opportunities, progress, and commercial impact. Drive continuous improvement in partner onboarding, connectivity quality, contract activation, rate loading, mapping, and live bookability across chain properties. Establish clear success measures, operating rhythms, and governance for partner optimization initiatives, ensuring accountability and follow-through across teams. Support the Senior Vice President Chains with strategic project management, executive reporting, priority tracking, and follow-through on key commercial initiatives. Represent Partner Success in strategic internal forums and selected external partner meetings, bringing a data-led view of performance, opportunities, and actions. Lead, coach, and develop Partner Success team members (6), creating a high-performance culture focused on insight, ownership, speed, and measurable commercial outcomes. Fluent English speaker with strong executive communication skills Strong commercial understanding of B2B travel distribution, hotel chains, connectivity, rate competitiveness, and partner performance levers Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel, BI reporting, AI (CoPilot and Claude). dashboarding, and performance interpretation skills Ability to translate data into clear commercial actions, partner recommendations, and senior stakeholder narratives Proven experience in partner success, strategic account management, commercial optimization, distribution, revenue, or connectivity within the travel or hospitality industry Strong leadership capability with experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving execution without direct authority where required Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with senior internal leaders and external chain partners Highly analytical and commercially curious, with the ability to identify patterns, diagnose performance gaps, and prioritize high-impact actions Structured, organized, and execution-focused, with strong governance, follow-up, and project management discipline Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear decisions and actions Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, multicultural environment with multiple priorities and senior stakeholders Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable, with a strong focus on partner value and commercial results Previous leadership experience in partner success, account optimization, revenue performance, or commercial operations Experience with hotel chain connectivity, CRS/channel manager integrations, contracting platforms, mapping processes, and rate distribution workflows Experience preparing senior-level business reviews, partner performance narratives, and executive commercial updates Why choose us as your next destination?
