With 120+ clinics across 10+ countries and rapid growth, we're improving lives worldwide. We're looking for a Head of Performance to lead and scale multi-channel marketing efforts across Europe. This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who's passionate about growth, performance, and managing high-impact teams. You'll be at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional environment — crafting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results at scale. Location This position is onsite and based in Barcelona (Spain). What You'll Do Own and scale our performance marketing across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, and more. Define strategy, manage budgets, and lead execution across 10+ countries. Lead, develop, and empower a team of performance marketers. Develop and implement testing frameworks, attribution models, and funnel strategies. Partner with creative, data, product, booking center and sales teams to deliver full-funnel growth. Drive automation, tracking, and performance reporting at scale. Collaborate directly with Meta, Tik Tok, and Google to unlock new opportunities. Report on performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. What You Bring 6+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and full-funnel growth tactics. Excellent grasp of data analytics, attribution, and media mix modeling. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling. Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills. Fluent proficiency in English. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience in beauty / wellness / health industry.
