Job Title: Head of SalesLocation: Remote. West-Andalucia, SpainWe are partnering with a company in the agricultural solutions sector to appoint a Head of Sales for Spain .This is a high‐impact commercial leadership role , managing key customer relationships, and progressively building and leading a regional sales organization. The role combines hands‐on commercial activity with strategic responsibility, operating in a field‐based, relationship‐driven environment serving vineyards, olive groves, fruit producers, cooperatives, and distributors.The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening the company's presence in Spain, with direct responsibility for managing key accounts in West Andalucía and Extremadura , while also acting as the commercial leader for the wider Spanish organization . In addition to owning the southern region commercially, this role will lead and coordinate the national sales team , effectively operating as Head of Sales for Spain and ensuring alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution across all regions as the business continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the commercial strategy for SpainLead and develop a sales team of 4 peopleDrive growth across key segments (wine, olive, fruit producers; distributors)Manage key accounts and directly oversee one sales regionAct as the senior commercial interface between Spain and PortugalCandidate Profile:Strong sales leadership experienceSolid knowledge of the agricultural sectorEntrepreneurial, autonomous, hands-on mindsetExperience selling to distributors and/or large agricultural producersSpanish fluent; Portuguese and/or English valuedOther InformationRemote role, no office in Spain. The candidate needs to be based in the West part of Andalucia (Huelva/Sevilla/Cádiz), with travel within the Iberian Peninsula.
