We are seeking an experienced Head of Service to join a busy 100m+ private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as HOS on large yachts, strong silver service and front-of-house skills, and excellent references. Key Requirements Confident leader with a fun, approachable, and professional demeanor Well-presented, personable, and able to motivate and train a diverse team of five service stewardesses Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest service standards Strong admin skills, to be in charge of inventories and procurements EU passport or valid Schengen visa in hand Minimum 1 Year experience and longevity in a similar role What we offer Rotation: 10:10 weeks Start date: end of April / beginning of May Salary: EUR 5500 We are currently crossing to Europe, so we can ensure a smooth transition into the role and prepare the candidate for the Med season (August only due to rotation). #J-18808-Ljbffr
