This role will be crucial in ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of health and safety across all our sites.Key responsibilities will include:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and initiatives that protect employees, contractors, and visitors while ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulationsCoordinate the implementation of those programs and actions in the different sites (mainly at an European level)Establish safety policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain emergency response plans and evacuation proceduresConduct thorough workplace risk assessments and hazard identification studiesDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies and control measuresLead comprehensive incident investigations including accidents, near-misses, and occupational illnessesDevelop and implement corrective and preventive action plansRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
