As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients. Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in South-East Melbourne.- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at home packages/NDIS.- Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.- Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.- Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.Do you have what it takes?We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people.
