With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries.About the roleThe HR Development & Engagement Specialist ensures the effective execution of HR processes at plant level, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.The role contributes to talent development, operational training, employee engagement, internal communication, and the promotion of an ethical and inclusive culture within an industrial manufacturing environment.Key Responsabilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningManage end-to-end recruitment processes for operators, technical profiles, and interns.Publish vacancies on LinkedIn and other relevant job platforms.Conduct CV screening and competency-based interviews.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives.Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs.2. Learning & Development, TrainingIdentify training needs in coordination with department managers.Design, together with production supervisors, structured training packages per position to support onboarding and internal mobility.Monitor individual development plans and succession initiatives.Coordinate and support Local Leadership Development training programs.Ensure operational training is properly planned and delivered3. Internal Communication & CultureSupport corporate initiatives (e.g., Ethics & Compliance Week, internal campaigns, global programs).Monitor and align with the global communication plan through monthly coordination meetings.Organize round tables and participative sessions with plant employees.Promote the ethical decision-making model and Code of Conduct.Drive employee engagement initiatives, including the annual Engagement Survey and implementation of action plans derived from results.Participate in the Social Committee and organize plant events.Manage the internal recognition program (Clap Programme).4. Employee Relations & Work EnvironmentProvide support in employee relations management within an industrial setting.Participate in meetings with employee representatives.Monitor workplace climate and manage conflict resolution.Contribute to the Equality Committee and diversity initiatives.5. Cross-Functional Projects & HR GovernanceParticipate in HR process improvement projects.Support internal and external audits.
