Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Employer Brand
You will conduct recruitment processes to attract and select top talent for our opportunities in a timely manner.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
You will define sourcing and hiring strategies for each position as well as the evaluation process.
You will manage job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
You will proactively recruit using internal databases and social networks.
You will support the improvement of strategic internal recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
You will organize and participate in recruiting/employer branding activities.
You will ensure an excellent candidate experience by following our employer branding guidelines throughout the entire talent attraction process.
Onboarding
You will develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires in cooperation with managers.
You will ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and processes on a technical, corporate, and social level.
You will implement action plans and provide personalized support and guidance to ensure an effective onboarding process.
You will coordinate internally with other departments to prepare for the incorporation of new hires.
People’s Development
You will identify training needs and propose targeted development initiatives such as training programs, coaching, project assignments, or job enrichment opportunities.
You will design and launch Individual Development Plans and Career Plans.
You will ensure a positive development experience by providing continuous support and follow‑up, engaging both the employee and their manager throughout the process.
You will provide general support to employees in their career growth and skill enhancement, offering orientation, coaching, and supervision as needed.
Requirements
You completed your studies in the field of Economics, HR Management, Psychology or similar.
You are fluent in Spanish and English; and we are happy if you can speak a third language.
You have consolidated experience of around 4 years in HR generalist positions, with focus on and passion for talent attraction and selection.
You should be a communicative and passionate person with charisma, showing empathy and strong negotiation skills.

Preferred experience:
Broad experience in the inbound recruiting process of different office positions.
International recruiting experience.
Experience in onboarding management and training management.
Experience in coaching, workshop management or similar.
