From Temporing Barcelona we select a HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.Tasks:Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.Manage Learning and Training processes.Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accrualsLead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.Requirements:Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required.A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.We offer:Temporary assigment.Possibility of working in a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.Schedule from 8 to 17hrs. from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday.
