From resolving complex HR queries with colleagues to perfecting new policies and programmes, you’ll be making a real difference in how Amazon operates. /ph3Key job responsibilities /h3ulliCoach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR related topics /liliEmployee case management in line with local legislation /liliSupport investigations in line with local legislation /liliSupport implementation to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives /liliPartner with the HR team to develop, implement and maintain communication plans /liliLead or support HR projects as assigned /liliCollect and analyze data to assist the HR team to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment and engagement initiatives /li /ulh3A day in the life /h3pHR Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Amazon a great place to work. /ppFrom one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews.
