You can also follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram. Job Description As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic advisor and change partner in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment. Combining strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, you will operate close to the business in a dynamic and changing environment. You will work closely with senior leaders across multiple territories to shape and deliver people strategies that support business transformation, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable growth. Operating within a global HR CoE model, you will translate complex and evolving business priorities into scalable, practical people solutions. You will play a critical role in supporting leadership capability, organisational design, and cultural evolution—ensuring the workforce is engaged, aligned, and equipped to deliver against strategic ambition in a dynamic and changing context. This role requires strong commercial acumen, adaptability, and confidence operating in ambiguity, with the ability to influence leaders, drive change, and embed consistent people practices across a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Transformation Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Middle East and Africa Market/Function Leader and their leadership team, translating business strategy, transformation goals, and market/team dynamics into clear, actionable people priorities. Provide insight, challenge, and guidance on organisational effectiveness, talent, and culture, particularly in periods of change and growth. Lead people input into business transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership, structure, capability, and culture evolve in line with scale and maturity. Champion and embed change in leadership mindset and behaviours to support sustainable performance and long‑term growth. Leadership Coaching & Capability Coach and influence leaders to strengthen decision‑making, accountability, and people leadership capability across performance management, employee relations, and change. Provide pragmatic, commercial advice to leaders navigating complex people matters, enabling confident and consistent decision‑making. Partner with Talent and Learning CoEs to deliver practical, business‑led leadership development solutions aligned to current and future capability needs. Organisational Design & Workforce Effectiveness Lead and support organisational design, restructuring, and role clarity initiatives, ensuring scalable structures that support agility, efficiency, and growth across multiple territories. Ensure talent, capability, and capacity planning are aligned to immediate business priorities and longer‑term strategic objectives. Embed succession planning and career pathways to strengthen retention and leadership continuity. Culture, Engagement & Performance Drive culture and engagement initiatives, using data and insight to improve alignment, accountability, and employee experience in evolving organisational contexts. Lead and embed performance management, talent cycles, and career development processes that reinforce high standards and continuous improvement. Promote inclusion, equity, and psychological safety through consistent leadership behaviours and people practices. Employee Relations & Scalable Solutions Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing risk management, consistency, and employee experience. Design and implement scalable, repeatable solutions to address recurring ER themes and improve leadership confidence and capability. Ensure people decisions align with policy, values, and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Operating Model, Data & Collaboration Operate effectively within a global HR CoE model, leveraging specialist expertise while maintaining clear ownership and accountability. Champion the evolution of the HR service delivery model, supporting simplification, self‑service, and adoption of next‑generation HR technology. Use people data, engagement insights, and service metrics to identify root causes, inform decisions, and continuously improve HR impact. Collaborate closely with Reward, People Operations, and HR CoEs to ensure joined‑up, consistent delivery across a diverse, global workforce. Qualifications & Experience Extensive, progressive HR experience, with a strong track record as an HR Business Partner in professional services and/or start‑up environments. Demonstrated success operating in fast‑changing, ambiguous, and scaling organisations, with a passion for transformation and continuous improvement. Proven experience leading organisational design, restructuring, and cultural transformation initiatives. Deep expertise in employee relations, including designing scalable solutions to address recurring issues and improve leadership effectiveness. Strong commercial and operational acumen, balancing strategic outcomes with hands‑on execution. Experience working within a global HR CoE model and across multiple territories and stakeholder groups. Highly effective influencer and coach, able to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships at all leadership levels. Data‑driven mindset, with experience using people analytics and insights to inform decision‑making and measure impact. To be adapted for each role: Experience supporting this market & language requirements in English.
