Solid understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and processes. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance frameworks such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity requirements. Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams , vendors, and system integrators. Experience coordinating requirements gathering, deployment, and post‑implementation support . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the Codebeamer platform , managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post‑go‑live support. Drive the implementation of Codebeamer–3DExperience interfaces , ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain the project plan , including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget. Coordinate with the system integrator and cross‑functional teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, suppliers). Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in the implementation. Ensure the system complies with automotive regulatory and process requirements (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, cybersecurity). Support stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure adoption. Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports , and present updates to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle. WHY US?
