Overview
In this role, you drive the industrialization of new product launches and scale production for automotive electronics in a fast-paced setting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing lines that meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets. You push continuous improvement and leverage automation and new technologies to boost performance. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping production ramp-up and project milestones within a global supplier environment.
