From the LHH Engineering Division, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager for a leading client in the automotive sector.
You will be responsible for driving the industrial engineering strategy, leading the industrialization of new products, optimizing processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a plant that plays a key role in the future of e-mobility.
Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and develop 5 direct engineers and a broader team of 35 professionals.
✅ Drive the industrialization of new lines and products.
✅ Optimize manufacturing processes (SMT, automation, testing).
✅ Ensure on‑time launches and continuous improvement.
✅ Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
✅ Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and strong documentation.
✅ Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
