Industrial Processes Responsible: Industrial Solutions Manager Mission As an Industrial Solutions Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs and support growth. You will work with different departments, such as industrial projects teams, advanced manufacturing and operations, to find areas for improvement and innovation. Your goal is to link business needs with technology solutions, turning complex requirements into clear initiatives that match and promote our company’s objectives. Responsibilities Strategic Planning : Create and share the technology vision and roadmap that supports the business’ objectives. Find ways to use technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with stakeholders from different departments to learn about their requirements, goals, and challenges. Encourage a culture of teamwork and creativity to achieve business success. Project Management : Manage the implementation of technology projects from start to finish, making sure they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Lead and support project teams. Change Management : Facilitate organizational change by encouraging the use of new technologies and processes. Offer training and support to ensure seamless transition and user satisfaction. Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions. Monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to technology initiatives, including security, compliance, and data privacy. Develop contingency plans to minimize disruption and protect business interests. What we are looking for Strong IT Background : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and experience. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.G., MBA, PMP, ITIL) preferred. Experience : 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering business solutions and product management in complex environments. Experience in industries such as finance or professional services is a plus. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and articulate a clear technology strategy aligned with business objectives. Experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, product management and technology roadmap development. Project Management Skills : Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.G., JIRA, Microsoft Project). Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies (e.G., AI, Io T). Experience with relevant software development frameworks and platforms. Communication and Leadership : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams towards common goals. Business Acumen : Deep understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and industry trends. Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth through technology. Analytical Skill : Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and guide decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
