Our products reach more than 600 customers in 60 countries, supported by a dedicated team of over 400 employees and 10 global manufacturing facilities.We are looking for an Inside Sales with languages and some experience in the food and beverage sector to join our Valencia team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of sales experience who wants to grow their career in an international environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer support by analysing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Assist with closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.Perform effective online demos to prospects.Knowledge & skills2 years of inside sales experienceBA/BS degree or equivalent.Very good English skills.Other languages, such as German and French, will be an advantage.Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAble to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
