Your role supports the planning, coordination, documentation and execution of strategic operational projects that ensure stable component supply, efficient logistics flows and readiness for new vehicle launches. You work with data from suppliers, production plants and logistics networks to identify risks, optimize processes and enable informed project decisions. By collaborating closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and global plant teams, you contribute to improving operational performance, reducing complexity and strengthening the resilience of our entire van production network. optimizing processes and projects through AI and digitalization. At Mercedes-Benz Spain, we will provide a local employment contract in accordance with the regulations applicable in Vitoria-Gasteiz. QualifikationenEducation Level / Training: University bachelor’s degree in industrial/ automotive engineering. A master’s degree, MBA or Doctorate is mandatory for this position. Experience: Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies) in Production, Supply or Logistic planning. Valuable experience in projects focused on process optimization, change management, digitalization, AI application or strategic product projects. At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel). Specific Knowledge / Soft Skills Excellent English skills (C1) and intermediate Spanish skills (B2). Proficiency in German (B1) is an advantage Knowledge in Power Automate, Power BI, Python, APIs development, Data Lake and MO are preferred.
