Role
We are looking for a Solar Photovoltaic and Aerotermy Installer to join our technical team in Madrid (Getafe). If you are passionate about renewable energy, have hands‑on electrical installation experience, and want to work in an innovative and sustainable company, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
Collaborate in mounting solar photovoltaic installations for single‑family homes, shared buildings, industrial stations and solar farms.
Participate in the electrical installation of systems: inverters, regulators, protection devices, batteries, panels, and AC/DC cabling.
Perform tuning of the installation and connection of the panels according to the technical project configuration.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in every installation.
Work with other installers, engineers and project managers to guarantee effective execution within deadlines.
Assist in the installation and verification of aerotermy systems in residential or industrial settings when required.
Communicate incidents or improvements discovered during assembly that could optimize processes or design.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (photovoltaic and aerotermy installation).
Vocational training in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (FP Grade Medio or Superior).
Previous experience working outdoors and in preventive and corrective maintenance.
PRL 20h course (Metal/Construction).
Height work course (minimum 6h theory‑practical).
PRL for high and low voltage electrical work.
Basic knowledge of PV systems, interpretation of electrical drawings and applicable regulations.
Preferred
Course of Solar Energy.
Course on lifting platform operations.
Experience in aerotermy.
Driver’s licence type B (essential for travel).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Job Conditions
Location: Getafe.
Schedule: Full time (40 h).
Languages: Spanish fluency.
