This vacancy is currently open for a minimal length of 3 months.What You’ll DoAssist in analyzing customer support data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesSupport ongoing process optimization initiatives within the Customer Service teamParticipate in mapping customer journeys to detect pain points and inefficienciesProvide support on other projects as directed by the Customer support & Supply Chain teams.What You’ll NeedPursuing completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degreeVerbal and written fluency in English is a must and German lenguage a plus. Any other European languages an advantage.An interest in working in customer service and sales Supply Chain.Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced international environment.High personal motivation, a positive attitude and customer orientation skillsGood communication and a predisposition to work hard and learn.Why Join Peli?
