Purpose of the Role: The CRM Intern will support the CRM team in the implementation and execution of email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and retention of subscribers, ultimately driving online sales. This role reports to the CRM Specialist and collaborates closely with Marketing and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality across multiple European languages. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Campaign Briefing & Planning Develop campaign briefs by defining objectives, target audience, and key messages. Establish timelines and coordinate the resources needed to deliver campaigns on schedule. Copywriting & Content Coordination Write engaging, brand-aligned email copy. Work with designers to ensure cohesive visual and textual content. Creative Proposal Evaluation Review creative proposals to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and manage revisions through to approval with relevant stakeholders. Translation Management Coordinate translation requests with agencies across 8 countries. Partner with market representatives to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. Validate final assets meet guidelines and are delivered on time to support campaign deadlines. Testing & Quality Assurance Perform thorough email testing to ensure: Links work correctly Formatting is consistent Emails are responsive across devices Content accuracy is validated Campaign Set-up & Scheduling Program and schedule email sends according to the campaign plan. Monitor execution and troubleshoot issues that arise during deployment. Performance Monitoring Track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.G., engagement, clicks, conversions) and share learnings with the CRM team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in CRM campaign management and/or email marketing (valued). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent English (C1); additional European languages are a strong plus. Experience with design tools such as Photoshop or Figma (valued). Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
