We maintain a strict filtering process to avoid industry onlookers.The International Real Estate Partner (Independent Contractor) is a remote, high-tier commission-based contract role for established industry professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing high-value international real estate opportunities for PPA's global clientele.MANDATORY SYSTEM INTEGRATION & TRAININGWe do not onboard rookies, and we do not provide basic sales training. To protect our strict "Zero Fake" legal hygiene standards and grant you full access to our global infrastructure, all selected partners must complete a mandatory, 10-day intensive operational and system integration training.High-Leverage Execution: We do not scale by adding mass volume. Our model is built on high-tier efficiency. With our proprietary technology, structured onboarding, and AI integration, one PPA partner is equipped to execute more market volume than 10 traditional agents from a standard local agency. We don't need a crowd – we need elite, high-velocity operators.Elite, Uncapped Commission Structure: We do not play corporate games with shifting sales targets, scaling baselines, or hidden penalty metrics. We offer exceptionally high, rock-solid, and completely transparent commission splits on every cross-border deal you close. Your earnings are tied strictly to your execution, with zero administrative friction.The Investment: The entry-level price for this infrastructure setup and training is €600 + VAT (Please note: this is a limited introductory price and will increase in future cohorts). QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in international real estate, commercial property sourcing, luxury sales, or high-end financial/portfolio management.Client Management: Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication across different cultures and time zones.Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct thorough market research, financial analysis, and basic risk assessment for high-value real estate assets.Tech Proficiency: Comfort using digital platforms, advanced CRM tools, and data-driven systems for property tracking and reporting.Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently as an independent contractor, manage remote workflows, and meet high performance targets.Legal & Ethics: High standards of professional ethics, attention to detail, and absolute commitment to legal and regulatory compliance.Corporate Language: English is the official corporate language of PPA.
