Responsibilities
Support the definition and execution of time-tracking processes for tasks performed during vehicle preparation for crash tests in the Passive Safety department
Analyze collected data and deliver actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation
Collaborate on development projects with leading global automotive manufacturers, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with other technical departments to ensure alignment and integration across projects

Education
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or industrial Organization Engineering
Master's degree in industrial Organization (highly valued)
Languages
English: Medium to high proficiency (mandatory)
Additional languages are a strong plus and will be positively considered.
