Responsibilities * Support the definition and execution of time-tracking processes for tasks performed during vehicle preparation for crash tests in the Passive Safety department * Analyze collected data and deliver actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation * Collaborate on development projects with leading global automotive manufacturers, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement * Work cross-functionally with other technical departments to ensure alignment and integration across projects Qualifications Profile * Good communicationskills– able to build strong, lasting relationships. * High emotional intelligence– empathic, proactive, and a natural team player with strong assertiveness * Strategic mindset– comfortable engaging in discussions with senior management and technical teams alike * Adaptability and resourcefulness– capable of multitasking effectively while setting clear priorities and delivering practical solutions * Results-driven attitude– committed to achieving goals with a strong focus on service excellence * Global perspective– enthusiastic about working in an international, multicultural environment Education * Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or industrial Organization Engineering * Master's degree in industrial Organization (highly valued) Languages * English: Medium to high proficiency (mandatory) * Additional languages are a strong plus and will be positively considered Additional Information Applus IDIADA is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
