About us:Qualitas Energy is an investment fund manager exclusively focused on renewables and the energy transition. We have invested about EUR 12 bn over the last 18 years across 5 different funds. Currently, we are present in 7 different geographies -Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, UK, Chile and US.At the core of the company, the Investors Relations Operations team is in charge of managing Qualitas Energy funds’ investors onboarding and operations and managing investors information and reporting requirements.Mission:As part of this strategy, we are looking to incorporate an Investor Relations Operations Analyst.Main responsibilities:- Preparation of quarterly reports to investors and specific reports to institutional investors, including Solvency II reports.- Financial analysis and returns calculations.- Preparation of regulatory reports (CNMV, SEPBLAC).- Calculation of management fees and review of the net asset value of the fund prepared by the Fund Administrator.- Support on the coordination of service providers based in Luxembourg- Support the Investor Relations Fundraising team on the preparation of Due Diligence from institutional investors.Experience and requirements:- Full-time availability.- Business Administration and/or Economics bachelor’s degree.- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and/or financial audit or fund management or middle-office positions in banking or asset management.- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- Proficient use of Excel.- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.- Proactive and problem-solving approach.What Qualitas Energy offers:- Indefinite contract with a trial period of 6 months.- Flexible schedule.- Immediate incorporation into headquarters in Madrid.- Salary based on the candidate's experience.- Health and dental insurance.- Continuous training.- Professional development.- Join the team of a leading firm in the renewable energy sector in Europe.We firmly believe that diversity and inclusion drive innovation and enhance collective performance.
