We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Data Systems Administrator to support and optimize our IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Spain and provide remote support for global offices. This role will reside at our Trujillo office. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems, encompassing both end-user support and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a solid understanding of networking and clustering concepts, and experience managing enterprise IT environments.This position requires a hands-on professional capable of balancing troubleshooting and system administration while collaborating with a team of IT professionals to enhance technology operations.Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, switches, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings. Manage asset inventory and infrastructure deployments through direct contact with vendors and contractors. Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, updating or creating documentation when needed. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 5+ years). Proven experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar role. Preferred background in enterprise IT environments. Familiarity with a subset of the following: Windows OS, MacOS, UNIX/Linux sysadmin, networking protocols, Google Workspace productivity tools, Active Directory, Meraki, NinjaRMM, Jira Service Management, AI tools, on-premises server experience (preferred). Ability to travel between company locations in Spain as needed. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; German is a plus. €38,000 - €42,000 a year
