Mission: You will be an agent of change for Puig digitalization, implementing digital transformational tools based on cloud solutions and collaborative environments. You will impact the employee workplace, driving the change and helping them adopt our “new way of working”.
What you'll get to do
Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions prior to implementation, collaborate in change management activities to facilitate adoption, contribute to the implementation of cloud‑based collaboration solutions managed by the Digital Workplace & Infrastructures team, and work primarily with Office 365 tools, focusing on SharePoint, OneDrive and related collaboration technologies.
Contribute to Digital Workplace transformation by understanding departmental collaboration needs, support the migration of existing collaboration processes into cloud‑based solutions through SharePoint customization, validate deployed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are fit for purpose, and provide user support and training when needed to ensure proper adoption and effective use of the solutions.

Experience:
Experience in Consulting or Project Management in technology transformational projects.
Education:
University; Technical or Engineer Degree.
Languages:
English and Spanish required. French appreciated.
Competencies:

Ability to synthesize complex situations.
Communication skills & training skills.
Process oriented.
Analytical.
Curiosity.
Specific Knowledge required:
Microsoft Office 365 (especially SharePoint).
Office tools: advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel.
Microsoft SharePoint.
Microsoft Certifications appreciated.
