You will manage our global workspace environments, automate repetitive tasks via scripting, and ensure our network infrastructure is rock solid. Google Workspace AdministrationExpert Management: Full-cycle administration of Google Workspace, including advanced mail flow setup and security protocols.Mobile & Endpoint: Expert-level configuration of Google MDM.Cloud & API: Solid understanding of API management within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.Tooling: Advanced experience in routing operations using GAM (Google Apps Manager) and GYB (Got Your Back) for migrations and data management.2. Hybrid OS Ecosystem (Windows & MacOS)Deployment: Design and oversee software distribution and OS deployment strategies across a diverse fleet.MDM Mastery: Hands-on experience managing devices via Microsoft Intune, Miradore, or similar enterprise MDM solutions.3. Network InfrastructureHardware: Practical familiarity with Ubiquiti networking equipment (UniFi/EdgeMAX).Architecture: Deep understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, VLAN tagging, and routing protocols to ensure seamless connectivity.4. Automation & ScriptingDevelopment: Proficient in PowerShell or Python to automate administrative tasks and workflows.Version Control: Familiarity with GIT for script storage, versioning, and collaborative development.Documentation: Ability to write clean, modular code and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Nice to Have:Experience with Unix environments and Bash scripting.Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., Proxmox, Docker).Familiarity with MS Active Directory or Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).Soft Skills & Leadership ProfileStrategic Leadership: You don’t just manage a team; you inspire a culture of technical excellence.
