About the Role We are looking for an experienced and resourceful IT leader to head the EMEA IT infrastructure and ecosystems through a structured PMO approach. This role is a hybrid of hands‑on infrastructure management and strategic project leadership, ensuring stable IT operations and driving transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. You will oversee regional IT support, hardware provisioning, material procurement, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), data security initiatives and lead the implementation of key improvements that support business scalability, compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the EMEA IT Helpdesk to deliver high-quality, SLA‑driven technical support across offices and remote users. Manage IT service ticketing system, monitor KPIs, and continuously optimize incident resolution processes. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including networking, servers, cloud services, and endpoint devices. Oversee provisioning, configuration, and deployment of laptops and desktop systems across the region:Standardize hardware setup and imaging. Implement security and compliance settings (e.g., encryption, antivirus, patch management). Provide onboarding/offboarding IT support and documentation. Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistency in policy, security posture, and infrastructure standards. Explore and implement AI‑powered tools (e.g., chatbot assistants, predictive analytics for ticketing, automated monitoring) to improve operations efficiency and user experience. Manage procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, peripherals, and accessories in line with regional needs and budget. Work with approved vendors to source laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware and software), including lifecycle tracking and depreciation. Optimize procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery. Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & Compliance Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for IT operations across the EMEA region. Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario planning to mitigate downtime or service disruption. Ensure IT support and infrastructure are compliant with internal policies, regional regulations, and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR). Support audit readiness and policy enforcement in collaboration with Data Security and Legal teams. Collaboration with head quarter IT team to develop continuous improvement on security, IT policy and compliance and provide regular training tools and reminders to local team. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in IT support and infrastructure roles. Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple countries or regions, preferably in EMEA. Experience with laptop configuration and deployment at scale (Windows, macOS), and endpoint management tools. Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and lifecycle asset management. Strong understanding of business continuity, data protection, and compliance (e.g., GDPR). Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other European languages are a bonus.
