As an embedded IT Procurement Specialist within Insight’s Licence Consulting Services, you drive end-to-end sourcing and contract management for software, hardware, and IT services across client engagements. You partner with client teams to shape category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and align with Legal, IT, and Finance. You help achieve cost savings through benchmarking, governance, and proactive pre-renewal positioning. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic input in a dynamic client environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across software, hardware and IT services from strategy to award• Draft, review and manage contracts using DocuSign CLM and coordinate with Legal and Finance• Provide pricing benchmarks and market insights to support negotiations and savings cases• Define category and channel strategies, assess reseller consolidation, and promote policy adoption• Monitor IT spend against budget, manage supplier escalations, and identify optimization opportunities• Conduct pre-renewal analysis with SAM to inform renewal negotiations• Collaborate with client procurement and SAM teams across engagements• Act as embedded procurement advisor within client IT teams in life sciences and financial servicesResponsabilidades• 2–4 years in IT sourcing, vendor management and contract management across SW, HW and IT xcskxlj services• Strong negotiation skills with track record of delivering procurement value• Experience designing RFx processes and category/channel strategies• Familiarity with DocuSign CLM and Ariba is advantageous• Spanish (native or fluent) and English (professional) required• CIPS certification or equivalent desirable• Based in Barcelona areaRequisitos principales• excellent benefits• high level of autonomy and creativity• reward package
