Spanish fluency is required as part of this role. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or IT Project Manager. Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence . Solid knowledge of project management best practices , including planning, risk management, and budgeting. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and coordination between technical and business teams. Proven experience with Agile project delivery and managing cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and English (B2/C1) ; French is a plus . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Manage Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution. Oversee project planning, risk management, and budget control. Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery. Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions.
