What we look for?
IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of a team specialised in sourcing and hiring IT profiles globally, working closely with different business accounts within the company.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
End-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the various databases at our disposal.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure hiring expectations are met and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
Establish regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and after placement.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the field of recruitment; experience in consultancy firms is a must.
Strong understanding of the technical side of the IT Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
Experience working with various ATS and technical tools to manage the recruiter’s day‑to‑day activities.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Spanish level: native; English level: B2+ / C1.
Ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced and detail‑oriented environment.

Office hours from Monday to Friday.
