We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?For our Talent Acquisition department we are looking for a IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of a team specialised in sourcing and hiring IT profiles globally, working close to the different business accounts that we have in the company.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:End-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes, doing interviews and managing the different databases at our disposal.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure their hiring expectations are met and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.Establish regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and after placement.What do we expect from you?At least 5 years of previous work experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the field of recruitment.
