We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Change requests ensuring compliance with Change Management standards and procedures
Assess risk, impact, and validate Change classifications and implementation plans
Coordinate resolution of Change‑related issues such as scheduling conflicts and compliance gaps
Coordinate Major IT Production Operations, including Freeze calendar management and communication flow
Facilitate communication between IT teams regarding incidents, support, and scheduling
Chair weekly Change Control Board (CAB) meetings and global coordination calls (CCB), supporting and advising senior IT management
Maintain and improve Change Management procedures and documentation
Manage and communicate the Change schedule at local and global levels
Ensure proper communication and follow‑up on failed changes and software releases
Skills
Strong experience in IT Change Management within large‑scale environments
Knowledge of Change / Release Management processes and best practices
Understanding of Configuration Management and its role in IT processes
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge
Solid understanding of risk, impact and quality processes
Ability to coordinate with distributed teams and senior stakeholders
Experience managing Major Changes and operational governance
Experience working with ServiceNow
English level B2 or higher
