RED has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to join an international client undergoing a major digital transformation programme. This is a long-term contract based in Madrid. Start date: ASAP Duration: 12 months + extensions Location: Madrid, Spain Hybrid role: 1-2 days onsite in Madrid, rest remote. Languages: Spanish. English is a bonus. Role Overview: The successful candidate will work on a large-scale project using the latest technologies, contributing to back-end development and modern architectural designs. Key Skills Required:
- Strong Back-End Java experience
- Microservices (Spring)
- Hexagonal Architecture
- REST / APIs
- CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working within Agile environments Nice to Have:
- Front-end exposure with React or Angular.
