Here at Curaleaf, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Technician . You’ll keep our internal and external teams connected and make sure new business partners and product launches are set up successfully. What you’ll be doing: Manage purchase orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate and on‑time delivery Coordinate across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to keep operations running smoothly Act as a key point of contact for customers and lead regular calls to align on needs Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including Service Agreements (SA), Quality Technical Agreements (QTA), and Product Master Files (PMF) Support import/export processes and overall supply chain coordination Analyse data using Excel and build reports/dashboards to track performance Monitor key KPIs and support continuous process improvements Maintain accurate master data and support clear, structured reporting About you: Proficient in Excel and familiar with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools Skilled at preparing clear and structured presentations in PowerPoint Highly attentive to detail and committed to accuracy Organised, with strong project management skills An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills A proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate challenges Collaborative, able to work effectively across multiple departments Fluent in English and Spanish (C1); Portuguese at B1‑B2 level preferred Recent graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, ADE or related fields are encouraged to apply, but we welcome anyone with the right skills and mindset!
