About the role:As a KAM E-commerce, your core responsibility is to grow Current business, achieve sales targets and nurture new opportunities.Your responsibilities:Engage Online Retailers and Platforms at multiple levels and functions through close working relationships and regular formal & informal business Translate customer relationships into Way of Working driven eJBP (Joint Business Plan) and ensure success measures are aligned between both organizationsTake an analytical and evidence-led approach to Business Development; enhance Portfolio and Assortment strategy; optimize Promo strategy through detail analysis Apply E-commerce Traffic model to work back from sales target to identify key levers to achieve those targets; collaborate with Performance Marketing & CX team to drive those leversNegotiate and manage trade investments to create customer and company value; by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms and identifying opportunities for improvementOwn and lead Platform Master Plan and campaign calendar. Be knowledgeable to pick early signs of what’s not working and optimize; Amplify what’s working Understand and deliver on multi-faceted KPIs including but not limited to Sales goals, Traffic Model, Forecasting, Eventing and CampaignsMonitor and report on competitor landscape, doing regular store checks and compiling one-page observation summaryCreate new growth opportunities by continuously scanning market for new platforms, trends and customer opportunities The experience we're looking for2-3 years’ experience of working with dominant E-commerce players in the market is an added advantage (Amazon experience – an added value)Strong inter-personal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisionsKnowledge of performance media channels is desired, particularly Search and has driven measurable revenues or commercial goals using data and analyticsBe a Problem solver and an Out of Box thinker to find simple solutionsStrong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferredFluent in English language This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave ( between 9-12 months of duration).
