The Opportunity We're looking for a Junior Regional Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team and help accelerate Smileat's growth. You'll play a key role in developing regional retail partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial success while working alongside passionate colleagues across the business. What You'll Be Doing Manage and grow relationships with regional supermarket chains already working with Smileat. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build trusted partnerships with customers, understanding their commercial needs and objectives. Design and execute strategic plans, including pricing, promotions, and assortment proposals. Visit stores and points of sale to maximize performance and visibility. ✍️ Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts. Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize product ranges. Own the P&L of your assigned accounts. Prepare forecasts and participate in budget reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Senior Management. ✅ What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within FMCG (food industry experience is a plus). ️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience negotiating commercial agreements. A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Analytical skills and confidence working with sales data. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience using AI tools is a plus. Fluent English (written and spoken). ✈️ Availability to travel. What You'll Get Permanent full-time contract.
