Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive Biogen's access and presence in the Catalunya and Aragon regions by developing territory plans and building deep relationships with payers, hospital managers and healthcare professionals. You will manage biologic product access negotiations, coordinate cross-functional resources, and push regional marketing initiatives. The position offers growth into an expanded immunology portfolio and a hybrid sales model working with diverse stakeholders. Your success hinges on strategic insight, stakeholder empathy, and ethical, results-driven execution.

• Develop and execute a tailored business plan for the territory
• Identify and profile key accounts among payers, pharmacists, hospital managers, physicians and nurses
• Build deep knowledge of stakeholder priorities, processes, and needs

• Monitor procurement cycles for biologic products
• Lead submission and negotiation for access to Biogen’s aTNF products

Responsabilidades
• University degree (sciences preferred)
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical industry with hospital products as a KAM
• Experience in rheumatology
• Mid-level English and fluency in Catalan preferred
• Knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong selling capabilities and interpersonal savvy
• Strategic and analytical mindset with long-term vision
• High digital competency to support hybrid sales
• Results-oriented, ethical, and high standards of conduct
• Strong drive with high ambition
