Meet The Team
The Key Sales Manager will be responsible for the following territory: Andalucía (Sevilla, Cadiz, Huelva, Córdoba, Málaga, Jaén, Almería y Granada) and Canary Island (Santa Cruz de Tenerife y Las Palmas). They provide customized solutions and overcome challenges with friendly and professional communication to increase confidence in Dexcom and our products. The KAM is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal market access for the company's products. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and address market access barriers, including reimbursement and pricing. It is essential for maximizing customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the retention of strategic accounts. The preferred location for the position is Sevilla.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative market strategies to secure optimal conditions for the company's products at regional healthcare administration and key hospital accounts.
Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key hospital clients and healthcare providers.
Negotiate with hospital departments and key decision‑makers in the procurement process to secure favourable market access conditions.
Design, develop, and execute account plans to meet sales objectives and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, medical, and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and an exceptional customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for key hospital accounts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Monitor and analyze market access performance, identifying areas for improvement and promoting continuous optimisation.
Strategically manage the company's key hospital accounts and healthcare entities, developing and executing specific strategies.
Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue generation.
Key Requirements
Fluent in English.
Strategic and management skills to build strong relationships with key hospital and administration clients and healthcare providers, anticipating and addressing their needs in a personalized manner.
Experience in market access for medical devices or pharmaceuticals at the regional and/or account level (desirable but not required).
Proficiency and experience in negotiating with hospital departments and procurement decision‑makers.
Solid understanding of the healthcare market in Andalucía.
Experience working with public institutions and policymakers’ networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and sales skills.
Typically a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.

Other Details
Travel: 50–75% travel within the assigned region (Andalucía & Canary Island).
Experience and education requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience.
