The individual will partner closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into user stories, and support cross‑functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.What You Will Do Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements for new or evolving products, services, and processes Convert functional and non‑functional specifications into clear, structured user stories for the product backlog Define and compile business requirements to support a wide range of change initiatives Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of each user story by clarifying requirements and supporting solution understanding Ensure proposed solutions align with system structures, operational processes, and broader organisational goals Contribute to maintaining quality standards by validating requirements for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility Who You Are An individual with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities A collaborative communicator who can translate business needs into structured documentation Someone with the ability to understand system design, operational flows, and process interdependencies A professional capable of supporting cross‑functional teams in a changing and fast‑paced environment Not a Perfect Fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
