The Opportunity At SEL , we are looking for a Lead Event Producer to lead the planning and delivery of high-impact conferences , trade shows , and customer events across Europe. Based in Madrid, this role is key to strengthening our regional brand presence, supporting customer relationships, and generating qualified leads through best-in-class event experiences. What you’ll do Own the European event calendar , prioritizing strategic opportunities. Lead end-to-end event production: budgets, vendors, contracts, and logistics . Coordinate event assets (Cvent pages, emails, signage, booth design) with Global Marketing. Ensure accurate lead capture and Salesforce data quality . Deliver post-event reporting with insights and recommendations. Build strong relationships with event organizers to secure speaking opportunities and partnerships . What you bring 4–7 years of experience producing B2B or industrial events. Hands-on experience with Cvent, Salesforce , and project management tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in international environments. Fluency in English and Spanish . Willingness to travel across Europe. Why SEL?
