Key Responsibilities: Lead a group of Cloud Engineers to successfully build a new AWS Organization from scratch. Work across cross-functional teams to build a telemetry system that enables product-led growth and key adoption insights for product strategy. Work across cross-functional teams to build the centralized platform for all experimentation across a global enterprise technology company to drive the future of data-driven decision making. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Drive the capability for parallel feature development and ensure incremental delivery of software. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, DevOps. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
