ph3bJob Description Summary /b /h3 pYou lead the delivery of customer equipment, facility, and infrastructure projects that support the energy transition. You take ownership of project execution, coordinate people and resources, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance. /p pIn this role, you work across a mix of larger projects and customer support activities such as maintenance and fault response, helping keep critical equipment and services running effectively. /p h3bJob Description /b /h3 h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liLead small to medium-sized equipment-only, product-suite, or non-turnkey projects from planning through execution /li liOwn project delivery, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction /li liCoordinate project resources and work closely with internal and external stakeholders /li liApply your technical knowledge and project experience to support practical decisions and solve delivery challenges /li liSupport both larger project work and customer service activities, including maintenance and issue resolution /li liSpot risks early, propose workable solutions, and help keep projects on track /li liSupport and guide new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liExperience in the electrical sector, particularly in substation assembly and installation, especially GIS /li liAn engineering background in electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering with relevant project experience /li liStrong written and spoken Spanish and English, with the ability to work confidently with factories and teams in France, China, India, and other locations /li liA strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset /li liWillingness to travel occasionally to project sites and accompany customers to factories when needed /li liThe ability to work well as part of a team, including in high-pressure situations /li liSolid project management experience in technical or industrial project environments /li liStrong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills /li /ul h3What helps you succeed /h3 ul liA practical, hands-on approach to delivery /li liConfidence working across teams and balancing multiple priorities /li liThe ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues /li liGood judgment and adaptability when working with changing project needs /li /ul h3bAdditional Information /b /h3 pbRelocation Assistance Provided: /b No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
