This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the Leader, Iberia, where you will oversee product management, marketing activation, digital, and PR — while coaching and developing a diverse team.About The RoleAs Leader, Marketing Iberia, you will be responsible for all marketing activities in Spain and Portugal. Working closely with international teams, you will adapt and activate global marketing strategies for the Iberian market, ensuring commercial relevance and alignment with sales objectives.You will lead a team of 7 direct reports, plus showroom staff and agency partners, covering B2B and B2C product management, digital marketing, and showroom management.
