ppEmpresa confidencial is seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s compliance framework across Spain. The role will contribute to strengthening the internal control environment, promoting an ethical culture, and ensuring that business operations comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and global compliance standards. /ppThe position supports operational compliance activities, risk assessments, internal investigations, and policy implementation across local functions and the retail network. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of Empresa confidencial’s Corporate Compliance Program in Spain. /liliEnsure the effective deployment of integral local compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines at the local level. /liliMonitor compliance with the Code of Ethics and corporate policies (i.e. anticorruption policy) across business functions and retail operations. /liliAssist in performing compliance and legal risk assessments across business processes. /liliIdentify potential regulatory or operational risks and support the definition of mitigation measures and action plans. /liliContribute to the monitoring of internal controls and follow-up of remediation actions. /liliSupport the management and investigation of reports received through the whistleblowing channel. /liliConduct preliminary fact-finding activities and coordinate with relevant functions (HR, Legal, Medica, Internal Audit, Sales, IT, Marketing, Supply, etc.). /liliEnsure investigations are handled in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3Training compliance culture /h3ulliDeliver and coordinate compliance training programs for employees and managers. /liliSupport initiatives aimed at strengthening the ethical culture and awareness of compliance risks within the organization. /liliPrepare internal communications, guidelines, and awareness materials. /li /ulh3Legal regulatory support /h3ulliProvide legal support in areas such as:ulliCor /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
