This role includes managing high-value subrogation cases, coordinating with clients, preparing legal documents, and providing strategic administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on complex international subrogation cases from start to resolutionDraft, translate, and revise legal correspondence and recovery demands in English and SpanishCoordinate appointments, case deadlines, and file organizationCommunicate professionally with clients, insurers, and legal representativesSupport the attorney team with research, case tracking, and document managementUtilize tech tools including CRM systems, cloud-based platforms, and legal AI tools for workflow efficiencyWho You AreYou have a background in insurance law, subrogation, or the travel & health insurance industryYou are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication in both languagesYou’re tech-savvy, familiar with tools like CRM systems, AI platforms, legal databases, and remote collaboration toolsYou’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyYou’re a strong communicator with professional presence and a collaborative mindsetKnowledge of French, German, or Portuguese is a plusRequirementsPrior experience in subrogation, insurance law, or international claims managementExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishStrong administrative, organizational, and document management skillsExperience with legal research and case file preparationProficiency with modern tech platforms (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar CRM/project management tools)
