Logistics Specialist - Fixed Term Contract - 1 yearNo espere a enviar su solicitud después de leer esta descripción; se espera un gran volumen de candidaturas para esta oportunidad.The team you will be a part ofYou will be part of the Logistics & Supply Chain team, working closely with Sales, Procurement, Planning, and external logistics providers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transport and warehousing operations in an international environment.This role in summaryThe Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end transport and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations, and driving cost optimization and continuous improvement across logistics processes.Your responsibilities will includeLead transport planning and manage carriers for inbound and outbound logistics flows.Manage customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.Analyze freight costs, negotiate rates with logistics providers, and optimize transport routes.Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and service performance levels.Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Resolve escalated operational issues and support cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Planning).Prepare regular performance reports and provide improvement recommendations to management.Perform invoice verification, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.Minimum requirements2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in an international environment.Strong knowledge of international transport, customs procedures, and Incoterms.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Preferred skills and experiencesHands-on experience with ERP and TMS systems (e.g. SAP).Proven ability to manage logistics providers and negotiate freight rates.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reporting (Excel, BI tools).Ability to work effectively across multiple systems and adapt quickly to new technologies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.What we offerA challenging and dynamic role in an international and fast-paced logistics environment.Opportunities to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards.Professional development and learning opportunities to support career growth.A collaborative workplace culture that values continuous improvement and operational excellence.Flexible working arrangements in line with local policies. xcskxlj Additional informationThe role is based in Barcelona, Spain , and operates in a dynamic, international business environment.
